In addition to undertaking in-country delivery of technical support, and improving the interface between the demand and supply of pro bono legal expertise, LASER was designed to share lessons with a broad audience.
LASER resources comprise a suite of products which develop latest thinking on commercial law and justice reform, investment climate reform in FCAS countries, leveraging pro bono support and our experience of adaptive programming.
The products consist of:
Synthesis papers – why and how to approach investment climate reform programming differently
Practical guidance and tools – for donors and development practitioners to use on the ground
Case studies – illustrative country and pro bono specific case studies
Occasional research papers – to build the evidence base further
